You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the api36 platform. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC identity verification.
All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on api36 are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). One account provides access to all products — casino, sportsbook, slots, togel, and sabung ayam.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Misuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

2.1 To register and use the api36 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. api36 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, api36 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process typically requires:

3.5 Account Currency. All api36 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). api36 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. All deposits made in other currencies will be subject to conversion at a rate determined by api36's payment processors at the time of transaction.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. api36 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. api36 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods and will publish any changes on the Platform's deposit information page.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Most deposits via e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits outside banking hours may take longer and will be processed as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the receiving bank.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the api36 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. api36 targets the following processing timelines, measured from the point of internal approval:
4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 5 before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus promotion may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. api36 applies strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. api36 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction and to delay or refuse transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified. All suspicious activity is reported in accordance with applicable international AML regulations.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by api36 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses that have not been claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without notice.
5.4 Eligible Games. Not all games on the api36 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions by game category are typically as follows (and may vary per promotion):
5.5 Bonus Abuse. api36 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or permanently close the associated account — if there is reasonable evidence that a Member has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
5.6 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. api36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed and activated a bonus at the point of such a change will not be adversely affected with respect to that specific bonus.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. api36 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion and without explanation. This right is exercised in cases including but not limited to: suspected match-fixing, pricing errors, system errors, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, api36 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account. api36 will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on an erroneous price.
6.3 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets — including pre-match, live in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by api36's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Key provisions include rules on event postponements, abandonment, void legs in accumulators, and in-play bet cut-off times.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the api36 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of api36.
8.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to api36 for display on the Platform. Members may not reproduce or distribute such content under any circumstances.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your api36 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.
12.2 Termination by api36. api36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would conflict with api36's legal or regulatory obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, api36 reserves the right to withhold any account balance.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions — including those relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law — survive termination and continue to apply.
13.1 api36 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, api36 will provide notice to Members via a prominent notification on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Member's account, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the api36 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://api36.onl/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api36 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 By using the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction and that api36 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
